These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sarva One website and mobile app (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
Sarva One is an online directory and marketplace where people can find and publish businesses, jobs, services, products, properties, rentals, classifieds, events, courses, tenders, news and articles. We provide the platform only. Unless we say otherwise, we are not a party to any deal, job, sale, rental or other arrangement between users, and we do not employ, represent or guarantee any user or listing.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to create an account. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it.
Your account
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your login details, OTPs and devices secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Tell us straight away at info@sarvaone.in if you think someone else has accessed your account.
- You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time, as described in Account Deletion.
Your listings and content
You are responsible for everything you post, including its accuracy and legality. You keep ownership of your content, but you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and distribute it so that we can operate and promote the Service. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we are required to keep by law.
Listings may be reviewed by an administrator before they are published. We may refuse, edit for formatting, unpublish or remove any content that we believe breaks these Terms or the law, with or without notice.
Prohibited content and conduct
You must follow our Community Guidelines. In particular, you must not use the Service to break any law, publish false or fraudulent listings, post sexual content or content that endangers children, harass or impersonate anyone, infringe intellectual property, send spam or malware, or scrape or interfere with the Service.
Reporting content
If you find a listing or content that is illegal, misleading or offensive, or that infringes your rights, report it to info@sarvaone.in with a link to it and a short explanation. We review reports and take action, which may include removing the content and suspending the account that posted it.
Dealing with other users
Information in listings is supplied by users, and we do not verify all of it. Check the details yourself before paying, travelling, sharing documents or entering into any agreement. Any dispute about a deal is between you and the other user, although we may help where we reasonably can.
Stay safe: never pay a fee to apply for a job, and never pay a deposit for a property or product you have not seen or verified.
Payments, refunds and cancellations
Payments for products and services bought from sellers are made to those sellers. Refunds, returns, cancellations and delivery are covered by our Return & Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Search assistant
The search assistant finds listings and articles based on your question. Its results are provided for convenience and may be incomplete or out of date, so check important details with the listing owner.
Our intellectual property
The Service, including its name, logo, design and software, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of it except as these Terms allow or with our written permission.
Third-party services
The Service may link to or rely on third-party services such as Google Sign-In, WhatsApp, maps and external websites. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for them.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close your account, or remove your content, if you break these Terms, if required by law, or to protect users or the Service. Where possible we will tell you why. The sections on disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law continue to apply after your account ends.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, including that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that listings are accurate, legal or of good quality. See our full Disclaimer.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or from any dealing with another user. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.
Indemnity
You agree to compensate us for any claims, losses or costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your content, your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them or to the Service.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, notify you through the Service or by email. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
