- Be respectful. No harassment, hate, sexual content or scams.
- Report anything that breaks these rules. We review every report.
- Breaking the rules can lead to removal of content and suspension of your account.
These Community Guidelines explain what you may and may not post on Sarva One. They apply to all listings, articles, images, profiles and other content, and form part of our Terms of Service.
Our principles
Do
- Give accurate titles, descriptions, prices and photos.
- Use your own photos, or photos you have permission to use.
- Choose the right category and city.
- Reply to enquiries honestly and on time.
- Keep your listings up to date, and remove them when no longer available.
Don't
- Post the same listing many times, or in the wrong category.
- Use misleading titles, prices or "bait" offers.
- Ask for payment outside a secure, traceable method.
- Share other people's personal details.
- Use the Service to send spam or unwanted messages.
Prohibited content
You must not post content that:
- Is illegal, or offers illegal goods or services, such as drugs, weapons, explosives, counterfeit or stolen goods, wildlife products, or prescription medicines without authorisation.
- Is fraudulent or deceptive, such as fake job offers, "pay to apply" schemes, advance-fee scams, pyramid schemes, fake properties or fake reviews.
- Is sexually explicit, or offers sexual services.
- Harms children. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material or any content that sexualises or endangers minors. We remove it immediately and report it to the authorities.
- Is hateful, or promotes discrimination or violence based on religion, caste, race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any other protected characteristic.
- Harasses or threatens anyone, or encourages self-harm.
- Is violent or graphic, or promotes terrorism or extremist organisations.
- Impersonates another person, business or government body.
- Infringes rights, such as copyright, trademarks or privacy.
- Contains malware, phishing links or harmful code.
Child safety: if you see content that exploits or endangers a child, report it to us immediately at info@sarvaone.in and to the National Cybercrime Reporting Portal at cybercrime.gov.in.
Rules for specific categories
- Jobs: post real vacancies with the actual employer, role, location and pay. Never charge candidates a fee.
- Property and rentals: list only properties you own or are authorised to let or sell, with the correct price, area and address.
- Products and classifieds: describe the item's condition honestly, and state your return and delivery terms.
- Services and businesses: list only licences, qualifications and certifications that you actually hold.
- News and blog posts: do not publish false information presented as fact, or copy other people's articles without permission.
How to report content
- Copy the link of the listing, profile or article.
- Email it to info@sarvaone.in with the subject "Report content", and tell us briefly what is wrong.
- We review reports, usually within 24 hours, and may contact you for more details. Your identity is not shared with the person you report.
How we enforce these guidelines
Listings may be reviewed by an administrator before they appear. When we find content that breaks these guidelines, depending on how serious it is, we may:
- ask you to correct it, or edit it for formatting;
- unpublish or remove it;
- temporarily suspend your account, or close it permanently for serious or repeated breaches;
- report illegal content to the authorities.
Appeals
If you think we removed your content or suspended your account by mistake, email info@sarvaone.in within 30 days with the subject "Appeal" and explain why. A different team member will review your appeal and reply.
