This Cookie Policy explains how the Sarva One website uses cookies and similar technologies. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They let the website remember things between pages and visits, such as that you are signed in. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, work in a similar way.
Cookies we use
Essential cookies
These are needed for the website to work and cannot be switched off in our systems.
| Cookie | Purpose | Expires |
|---|---|---|
ci_session | Keeps you signed in and remembers messages between pages | 2 hours of inactivity |
csrf_cookie_name | Protects forms against cross-site request forgery | 2 hours |
Analytics cookies
These help us understand which pages are visited and how people use the website, so that we can improve it. The information is collected by Google Analytics.
| Cookie | Purpose | Expires |
|---|---|---|
_ga | Tells visitors apart, so that we can count unique visitors | 2 years |
_ga_* | Keeps track of your current visit | 2 years |
Local storage
In account dashboards, we use your browser's local storage to remember whether you collapsed the sidebar. This is not sent to us.
What we do not use
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not allow third parties to place cookies on our website to track you across other websites for advertising.
Our mobile app
Our mobile app does not use browser cookies. To keep you signed in, it stores a secure sign-in token on your device, which is removed when you log out.
How to control cookies
- Browser settings: most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Look in your browser's settings under Privacy or Site settings. If you block essential cookies, you will not be able to sign in.
- Google Analytics: install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to stop Google Analytics on every website.
Changes to this policy
If we start using new cookies, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
